Bathroom Renovations
Full bathroom rebuilds: waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finishes, taken down to the studs and rebuilt properly.
01Overview
Bathrooms are the most technical small room in a house. Everything behind the tile, from the waterproofing and the slope of the shower pan to the blocking and the venting, is what decides whether the room lasts fifteen years or fails in three.
We rebuild bathrooms from the studs out, so the parts you cannot see are done to the same standard as the parts you can.

03Questions
What people ask
- Will my bathroom be out of service the whole time?
- The renovated bathroom will be, yes. We sequence the work to keep the disruption as short as the trades and inspections allow, and the schedule is written into your quote.
- Do you supply the tile and fixtures, or do I?
- Either. Some clients prefer to choose and supply their own finishes; others want us to handle it. Both are priced transparently so you can see the difference.
- How do you waterproof a shower?
- With a membrane system appropriate to the build: sheet or liquid-applied over a properly sloped substrate, with seams and corners detailed to the manufacturer's spec. We will walk you through what is going in behind your tile.
