- Do you work as a subcontractor to a general contractor?
- Yes. A meaningful share of our work comes from GCs and property managers who need a reliable interior crew for framing, drywall, ceilings, paint and flooring that they can schedule against their own programme.
- Can you work after hours or around tenants?
- Where the building allows it, yes. Tell us the access window and we will schedule to it, and we will tell you upfront if a phase genuinely cannot be done around an occupied space.
- Do you handle multi-unit turnovers?
- Yes. Turnovers are repetitive work on a deadline, which suits a single crew running a fixed scope. We will price per unit so you can see what a turnover actually costs you.
- Are you insured for commercial sites?
- We carry $2M liability coverage and WSIB, and we are BBB Accredited. We will send certificates to your property manager or GC before we mobilise.
